RCH works in seamless "lock-step" with our clients to ensure they are continually aware of our progress on every project we undertake. • Creation and implementation of all Quality Control processes, including development of CMS and digital solution management • Management of national quality control team including the setting and monitoring of company wide departmental business objectives • Production and distribution of company performance reporting to senior staff and clients • Cross-department revenue and expense tracking, including the approval and disbursements of funds to employees for business related activities• Foster an environment of continuous improvement in all QA, QC & Compliance functions & systems

• Design and deliver high quality, professional business reporting across the organization – from frontline to executive leadership; communicate performance, make recommendations, and enable important decision making around initiatives• Design and implement new and enhanced system solutions delivering appropriate levels of reporting• Organize, integrate, and analyze large amounts of data. Think strategically to draw out big picture conclusions, correlations, and recommendations from information• Assist in assessing the services delivered by the service providers, validating that performance metrics established by service level agreements are met.• Strong focus on optimizing resource efficiency through relentless pursuit of streamlined processes• Utilize internal and external resources to stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and solutions

• Direct administrative support to the Senior Vice President as well as the members of the operations team as needed • Assist with preparation of income/expense reports, budgets and other financial processes as needed • Answer all incoming phone calls, process daily mail and manage travel arrangements for senior vice president• Manage data entry and maintenance of critical data • Document creation (Word, Excel) • Provide oversight, inventory and ordering of office supplies and equipment • Complete timely and accurate reports for the Home Office

• High level guest service in high volume upscale dining establishment • Instructed incoming employees on best practices and systems needed to deliver exceptional guest services in extreme volume situations.

• Management of day to day operations in a high volume casual dining restaurant • Oversight of opening and closing of the restaurant including cashing out of employees • Set and maintenance of daily food preparation practices• Food and Beverage ordering to minimize cost and maximize revenue • Develop staff by providing coaching for continuous improvement, skills development, and opportunities for advancement.
