Key projects have been in development of case management systems (specifically complaints and ASB) - for which I supported the projects teams and our 3rd party supplier at all stages from scoping, to solution development, implementation, and testing.I've provided similar support with regard to 'voids', working closely with project managers, business analysts, and subject matter experts in the business to develop processes and reporting that more acurately tracked our void repair stages and turn around progress.Supported the regulatory reporting for NROSH SDR submitted annually as part of housing association regulatory requiremnets.Acted as an organisational leader for data and reporting, and been a go to for support and subject matter expert, on all things data, reporting, and relating to our key systems and processes.Advocated and supported the procurement of a data warehouse, to reduce reliance on an outdated data repository that could no longer be supported to meet organsiational security requirements.Supported the consolidation of the 'single source of truth' mentality, by enhancing the work done in key systems, and new sets of reporting.Retired deprecated apps and reports and replaced where needed.Supported GDPR compliance and acted quickly to identify and resolve issues before they could develop into organisationally damaging situations.
