This new tool greatly improved the customer check-in experience while improving platform partner’s access control, customer processing, and order delivery.- Led development on a complete overhaul of the company’s platform UI; including internal, platform partner, and/or customer facing web products. This overhaul greatly improved platform partnership and customer sales while easing the platform partnership onboarding and customer check-out flows.- Co-led development on a brand new Nuxt JS dashboard designed to provide platform partners insight into their sales, revenue, and customer data. The data was laid out in a series of highly sophisticated charts that can be sliced and diced to see anything the customer might need or desire. This dashboard is powered by a new GraphQL API designed specifically to provide real-time data in a performant data stream that updates the front end automatically when new data is detected.
