Making an impact on something greater than myself gets me out of bed in the morning! This drive to help others achieve their potential first led me to become a yoga instructor and is now propelling my career toward Salesforce administration. The Salesforce CRM is such a robust platform that simply makes people’s work-life easier, and I want to be a part of that! I’ve already amassed 61K+ points, 51 badges, and three superbadges in Salesforce Trailhead to take (and pass!) the Salesforce Admin Certification in July. This certification and training has built on my nine years of experience automating processes and improving team / customer experiences using various other CRMs. My background as a Yoga Instructor has helped me maximize my capabilities in individual and group training, which gives me an edge when working with end-users, as I understand people’s needs and how to best move them toward their goals. To complement my people skills, I possess a strong analytical mind. I can understand the root cause of problems and secure consensus and adoption for enterprise-wide solutions implementation. I’m accustomed to implementing and monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and making information-driven recommendations through compelling presentations and reports. In this way, I’ve delivered significant gains across revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
