Assisted with ensuring a quality, cost-effective, prevention-based health care continuum for 2.6 million beneficiaries worldwide collaborating with Air Force Medical Support and Medical Operations Agencies on strategy, policy development and execution in support of the Air Force Medical Service mission.

Us Air Forces In Europe/Africa - Ramstein Air Base, Germany

Served as the primary consultant to the Command Surgeon as the Major Command Functional Manager on the effective utilization of the 4N career field within U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Africa theaters. Staffed, trained and equipped 600+ personnel supporting 10 medical treatment facilities, eight geographically separated units and one Aeromedical Evacuation squadron.

Senior enlisted leader and advisor to Medical Group commander in leading four squadrons with 289 personnel providing healthcare and readiness capabilities to the 45th Space Wing, Cape Canaveral Launch Facilities and the Eastern Range. Additionally, as the principle advisor to the Wing Inspector General, conducted no-notice compliance inspections and assisted with complaints and interpretation of issues affecting good order and discipline.

Senior enlisted leader in the Air Force's 1st-out-the-door Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) Squadron and advised the commander on the effective utilization and development of 146 personnel from 9 different career fields. Organized, trained and equipped enabler forces to effectively establish and operate a theater AE system in support of combatant commander requirements.

Landstuhl, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

Senior enlisted leader and advisor to the commander and superintendent of Air Force squadron assigned to, at that time, the only Level 1 Trauma facility outside the Continental US, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. Advised commander and the leadership team on the welfare, training, development, and effective utilization of 330 personnel supporting the sick and injured from combat zones in Afghanistan and Iraqi theaters as well as the beneficiaries on the European and African continents.
