I oversee the majority of corporate vendor accounts and ensure that the services provided are above satisfactory and being delivered as promised. I frequently make contact, visit, and maintain business relationships with each location.I work directly with the VP of Marketing and Purchasing in acquiring new business. This is done through advertising efforts, site visits, and working over the phone. We have 3 different target demographics and I assist in advertising campaigns that market to all 3. This has included: radio, billboard, yellow pages, newspaper, coupon, pay-per click, and various other advertising mediums.I also personally handle new acount aquisition through the entire sales process. I will locate, contact, pitch, close, and maintain new accounts.

I managed an exisiting customer base and worked with them on contract renewal and increases. This included researching current and past advertising programs, fact finding for their industry, and discovering needs and growth opportunities through the Dex marketing platforms. I would develop content and layouts for print ads as well as on-line digital advertising. I was expected to hit "Key Performance Indicators" in number of new contacts, new accounts sold, new dollars sold, renewals, and dollars increased to existing customers.I was frequently a top performer in both the state of Utah and within the entire region.
