The myriad challenges posed by climate change present opportunities for innovation across the board. My career is focused on addressing the climate crisis by pulling three crucial levers - energy, transportation, and human behaviors. I work with electric and gas utility companies, cities, counties and government entities to design innovative approaches to help them achieve their decarbonization goals, including strategy development, program design, messaging and communications, and top-tier customer experiences. Whether designing new demand-side management pilots or creating electric vehicle awareness and adoption strategies, I leverage a customer-centric approach to develop attractive solutions that motivate people to take action and move the needle towards ambitious goals.

Director, Utilities And Markets, Ev ChargingFlashSteamboat Springs, Co, Us -
Director, Utilities & Markets, Ev Charging DivisionFlash Jan 2023 - PresentSteamboat Springs, Colorado, United StatesI'm responsible for developing and implementing FLASH's energy strategy for our EV charging division to ensure we're maximizing the value of chargers for our clients, EV owners, utility companies and the electric grid. This includes load management, demand response, time-of-use pricing, low carbon fuel standard (LCFS) markets, and more. I also work on EV charging business development with a focus on incentives, rebates, RFPs and grants. Additionally, I'm building relationships with the utility industry to install chargers in mutually beneficial ways, expedite EV charger installations and improve the EV charging experience.FLASH has two major focal points - electric vehicle charging and parking management technology. We work with parking owners and asset operators in every major city in the US. We're building a national EV charging network by installing EV chargers for our clients in parking garages and lots across the country. By installing chargers where people already park for longer dwell periods, we're removing a major friction point from the current EV charging experience. We also have the ability to drive high charger utilization rates through our parking management software to maximize client investments. Our massive data set on parking and driving behaviors coupled with serious hardware and software capabilities uniquely positions FLASH to transform the EV charging and parking experience. -
