Taking care of new and used car customers, finding the wants and needs to make the car buying experience more enjoyable.

Assigned to projects for Seismic Permitting. Responsible for going out into the field and contacting Land Owners for permits and explaining processes for the seismic testing. As a lease agent I was responsible for going out to get a feel for the area I am working to see what kind of upfront payment that was being given in the area, once that was accomplished I was given a parameter of payment from the client I was able to work with. Liaison work consist of sitting on a job with the seismic crew to observe their work, making phone calls to let the Land Owner know that the line crews will be coming onto the property and to make sure they are staying off Land Owners property that did not want to participate in the testing.

Cold calling landowners. Set appointments, typed lease agreements accordingto acreage and royalties for landowner to sign. Was responsible for 5 lease agreementsper week, was securing 7 per week.

Served guest, managed the front of the restaurant working closely with wait staff, coordinating food coming out of kitchen, talking with customers to make sure they were being taken care of. As Training coordinator I worked with Trainers to make sure that the procedures and policies were being followed by all wait staff.

Cold called and advertised lawn care service to the metroplex area. Built business to 56 accounts. Also did landscaping, seasonal plantings and clean up.

Sold cars for 1 year had to run 90% or higher on our customer service index, which I was able to do. As Assistant Sales Manager I was responsible for a team of 7 to 10 sales consultants to hire, train and motivate.
