Subsequently, I joined Youthville as a Behavior Rehabilitation Staff, evolving into a Therapeutic Foster Parent & Respite Care provider. This transformative journey was instrumental in my decision to Co-Found and Partner in a Foster Care Agency, marking a significant milestone in my professional path.Defined by a dynamic ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously... As a dedicated Before & After School staff member, I balanced my primary school employment with additional commitments, including serving as a professional rescuer lifeguard, night stocking, and supervising overnight shifts in Independent Living — often after fulfilling two full daytime shifts. My adaptability was recognized with an offer for an Assistant Directorship position, which notably included a waiver of the College Degree requirement due to my proven expertise.Further expanding my leadership capabilities, I trained as an Assistant Manager at a hotel, where I oversaw security, housekeeping, and the supervision of maintenance and landscaping operations.
