I have over ten years’ experience in the change management and people transformation, enabling organisations to drive their change and realise organisational and people benefits. I am passionate about co-managing the change to empowering organisations and leaders to own and lead their transformation.My experience spans a range of operational and corporate business functions, and various industries such as financial services, retail, utilities, public sector, mining and consumer goods sectors. My certifications are Agile SAFe for Teams, Lean (Silver belt) and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
