With a dedicated career spanning several years in the public sector, I've served in various frontline and public-facing roles within the Fire Rescue and Police Services in Herefordshire and Avon and Somerset. Throughout this time, I've consistently faced challenges and provided assistance to countless individuals, often at personal risk.My unwavering commitment to community service and helping others in challenging circumstances led me to a career shift in 2021. I transitioned to the private security industry, where I held a variety of roles and gained valuable experience, culminating in my appointment as an operations manager overseeing a team of 50.In 2022, I successfully completed my teaching qualifications and have since delivered courses with consistently high pass rates.
