In my time at Instant I have lead multiple dashboarding and reporting projects, enabling customer success to accurately and effectively engage with merchants and help merchants see the value of Instant. Shippit is a multi-carrier shipping technology that simplifies the shipping and delivery experiences for merchants and recipients. At Shippit I integrated and maintained the integrations of over 100 courier integrations, empowering the core engine of the multi-carrier platform. I also worked on improvements in the user experience on the platform, enabling low tech merchants to leverage this platform and empower their businesses. As part of this role I worked with GitHub Copilot to enhance my software capabilities through AI.

As part of my internship at Shippit, I produced support tools that enabled non-developers to solve more problems for our customers. I also documented each of the 60 integrations at the time, creating a critical piece of support documentation that cut down investigation time by more than half.

I was across both the AngularJS frontend and Java backend development, as well as the release process. I also helped maintain a global markets research platform.
