Started as a member of the Incident Team troubleshooting windows XP related Incidents and Requests. Moved into a project for the migration of Windows XP to Windows 7. Became subject matter expert in MDT 2010 and operating system deployment including FAT and layered images. Also involved daily in application packaging, SCCM 2007 software and update management. I am also regarded as the third line escalation point for Desktop Incidents that make it past our Service desk and 2nd line support teams. More recently have been focused in the updating of deployment systems to SCCM 2012 including the decommissioning of MDT 2010 to adopt OSD in SCCM 2012. I am focused on all matters Desktop related including Licence Server, Group Policy, Anti Virus, Profile Management (both Windows and VMware UEM/Immedio) While at BU I have completed VMware VSphere ICM and VMware View ICM and ITIL Foundation V3.
