Initially managing the Channel Management team, from January 2011 I also took up the management of the Planning, Standards and Insight Team.

Responsible for the creation and leadership of a new team (of four) that delivered communication to a diverse audience of 35,000 across 1,900 branch, head office and call centre locations.

Working in a team of three, I helped manage a review of Centrica’s channels, with on-going media management to help support frontline employees mitigate customer losses within a backdrop of price rises.

Serviced the business as part of an internal ‘creative agency’. I managed all design requests for internal communication.

I produced a range of print and web-based communications for the local Cardiff call centre after eight months working on the frontline as a call centre agent.
