Authored and executed a business plan, developed product lines and implemented sales and marketing strategies. I played an integral part of growing the business including the design and workflow of the software, created marketing and legal documents.Independently developed firm's client base including hedge funds, institutional investment firms, insurance companies, broker dealers, valuation firms and auditing/accounting firms.Worked with software development team to beta-test new products and to offer advice on strategy, implementation, and overall design based on my experience in the markets and from client feedback.

Created an analytical framework to analyze structured product securities. Successfully identified structural and fundamental issues in the non agency rmbs market. Independently generated returns in excess of 1,000% via CDS on CDO's as well as various ABX trades in excess of $200mm in P&LDuring times of extreme market distress, allocated more than $500mm in securities by finding opportunities in capital structures with accurate market timing. Following my role in structured products, I moved to macro/prop trading given my strong interest in macro economics, fundamental analysis and technical analysis.Used various hedging techniques and worked with instruments including currencies, sovereign bonds, futures contracts, options with successful implementation.

Performed deal closings for RMBS and ABS deals. Worked with accountants, traders, and bankers to ensure that the structure was accurate and tied out cash-flows. Created CDI files to send to investors to view new issue deals. Additionally, modeled deals in Bear Stearns proprietary modeling system for non Bear Stearns transactions.
