With a strong foundation in academia, leadership, and team collaboration, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to excel in challenging environments.Currently, I serve as the Head of Talent and Client Partnerships at PlugIn Brands and PlugIn People. I played a pivotal role in the launch of PlugIn People, a recruitment firm bridging the gap between top-tier graduates and the FMCG industry. My focus is on developing new business opportunities, data management, managing key account relationships with universities and clients, and ensuring our graduate candidates are matched with the best career opportunities.In addition to my work with PlugIn People, I support client services and maintain key accounts for PlugIn Brands, our marketing and account management business. I work closely with our Managing Director to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional service to our diverse client base. At the minute, I am working closely with Candy Kittens handling their Impulse accounts and gaining plenty of experience from their fantastic team. I am passionate about creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leading by example. My experience spans marketing, recruitment, startups, website design, and team leadership, and I am committed to making a positive impact in every endeavour. I have also played rugby to a high standard and have undertaken various roles in my former sports teams including Vice President of HBRFC and Captain of Shelley FC. I was appointed Head Boy at QEGS where I led a team of 5 Deputy Heads and 21 Senior Prefects to great success. I have also performed in several musical productions across Yorkshire and created and conducted a pop-up men's choir to help raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support.
