My main duties as the business development executive of the foodcorp group in Stirlingshire was to gain clients on behalf of the following companies owned by the corporation: Cafe Continental, Monterey Jacks Restaurant, Nosh Catering and MJM Music Management.Café Continental-To ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s were met regarding table bookings, events within restaurant, corporate deliveries reached. This role within the corporation was fundamentally based in and around Dunblane promoting locally and creating partnerships with local businesses.Monterey Jacks- To ensure the events, gigs and tables were meeting all targets and to promote the restaurant throughout Stirling both actively outreach and through social media both through Facebook, twitter Instagram but also through mail chimp and targeting the student population promoting our student benefits.Nosh Catering- To gain as many bookings for events such as weddings, business lunches, and any other corporate event. To ensure the occasion provides service and satisfaction to the highest extent and gain as much repeat business as possible.MJM Music Management- To ensure all artists from mgm are getting a high number of gigs throughout Scotland, this involved visiting pubs, clubs, and hotels throughout the radius of the country and through telephone and email. Also ensuring all events have both the artists and the venue at hand have everything they need in place i.e. correct amount of equipment, space, and numbers within venue.
