The primary responsibilities of a Residence life Coordinator are to create an unparalleled student living experience at Bishops University through managing the dedicated Resident Assistants and working closely with Student Services, Conferences & Services, and the Student Union. Residence Life Coordinator tasks include; student discipline, health & wellbeing, training, helping with move-in/out, monitoring and ensuring Resident Assistants fulfill their duties.

Community worker for the Department of Youth Protection in the remote northern community of Puvirnituq, Nunavik Quebec. Main responsibilities were to assist and oversee conditions of foster families, which included daily/weekly/monthly visits with the family and foster children.

Student Safety was a student employed initiative to help and keep the local student population safe during night hours. Student Safety's tasks and responsibilities would include; Walk homes, calling 9/11 or campus security, assisting and monitoring intoxicated or emotionally distraught students.
