Adam Schultz is the Safety and Loss Prevention Manager of the NE region of LKQ Specialty.He previously worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Dyco Inc in Bloomsburg, PA. Through this role, he managed 20 employees that consisted of machinists, CNC machine operators, press brake operators, welders, painters, and other general manufacturers. He drove production in a fast paced and dynamic work environment to satisfy customer same day and long term demand.He also worked at the Keystone Automotive Operations warehouse in Exeter, PA as a Reports Analyst/Intern Coordinator and Inventory Supervisor for 4 years. These positions provided him with experience in supply chain management, inventory management, team and associate management, process improvement projects, data analysis, and operations. He added value by improving warehouse functionality on a daily basis.Adam is an alumni of Bloomsburg University (Class of 2016, BSBA) and a former student athlete as a member of the Bloomsburg University Varsity Tennis Program.
