I have recently completed my honours in psychology at James Cook University and am on track to begin the Master of Professional Psychology program in 2025. After two decades with the Australian Defence Force as a medic and survival instructor, I’ve gained extensive experience in high-pressure environments, developing a practical, grounded understanding of resilience and adaptability.In 2024, I launched BraveMinds Outdoors—a venture focused on helping school-aged children and teenagers gain confidence and resilience through outdoor bush skills paired with psychological principles. BraveMinds Outdoors offers a unique approach to mental well-being, drawing on my professional background in psychology and survival training to create a supportive, growth-oriented environment for young people.
