Successfully growing Carruthers and Jacksons sales pipeline by generating leads and developing positive client partnerships to commercial contractual conclusions led to a rapid promotion and a wider concern within the organisation. I am now fully accountable for the strategic expansion of the consultancy for both brand and commercial development whilst maintaining sales ownership. Currently, my focus is taking the business through a significant brand evolution, whilst building an infrastructure that will be geared for growth – including the project management of our new website, community space and summer school programme. Working alongside colleagues, we are leveraging our established brand presence, taking full possession/ownership of our critical assets (Summer school and Data Talks) and building on their success and reach to create long-lasting meaningful connections across the world.

Based in the premier Bluewater shopping centre in Kent stands PlayCentral's inaugural children's activity attraction. This dinosaur themed activity centre for children and their carers includes a range of activities that incorporate fun, educational and entertaining activities based around physical activity, intellectual curiosity in an exceptional soft play setting. Through staff directly interacting with the children we provide a fun and deeply engaging experience for children and their carers. I was recruited to lead the business through its critical first years, including the final elements of the construction, recruitment of the team(s), operational mobilisation, marketing and sales campaign management (including presales) and the eventual leadership of the attractions teams and operational services.In year one we achieved over 250,000 visits with a turnover towards £3,000,000 The product diversified to include exceptional key stage learning school visits and specific SENCO sessions at accessible times. Working alongside our partners at Booknow software we created a membership platform, that provided amazing value for money options with flexible commitment throughout the year.We were set for growth across Europe and America, however COVID-19 stalled this ambition...... for now!

Focussing on:• The retaining of key integrated healthy lifestyle contracts with five London Boroughs through negotiation with commissioners to mitigate the need for a competitive procurement process.• The expansion of our child weight management services (MEND) into self-funded models prepared for the B2B and B2C markets • The transformation of Mytime Active’s presentation to key stakeholders – moving from a list of services, to a fully integrated service model aligned to our vision and strategy. • Building a robust library of intelligence to become competitive during larger tender (typically leisure) opportunities.

Based Bromley

Directing the overall strategy and delivery of the London Borough of Bromley £15m turnover Leisure provision. Included within the portfolio are 4 leisure centres, 2 community swimming pools, 3 public halls, 2 golf courses and 15 wrap-around childcare provisions. Currently the division supports circa 800 staff and over 14,000 members.Accountable for the management and delivery of the finances, operational policies and procedures and sales and marketing strategies.
