Service Team Manger for the West Coast FAST Teams

• Demonstrate leadership ability and possess strong communication skills while planning and managing international and domestic AOG maintenance event.• Quote and schedule AOG maintenance.• Dispatch and manage a team of 8 FAST technicians.• Provide mid-year and yearly performance evaluations to FAST Team technicians.• Review daily job charging to ensure accuracy of charges to aircraft.• Exchange job related information and coordinate work activities between shifts through turn over report meetings and direct contact with Management, Materials Departments, and Shift Leads.• Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction and expectations are met.

• Designated quality control inspector during AOG maintenance• Perform AOG maintenance on all Gulfstream models• Communicate with customer to ensure all needs are met and a high customer satisfaction is obtained• Create and execute plan of action for AOG maintenance with little to no notice• Single point of contact for customer during AOG maintenance events from start to finish • Work with tech ops and engineering to create new and revise existing maintenance procedures • Responsible for preventative maintenance inspections and calibration of all ground service equipment and tooling

• Led a crew of up to 10 technicians in performing scheduled maintenance and inspections• Provided quotes to customer for maintenance events and managed times of technicians • Achieved an average profit margin of 30% on all maintenance events• Assigned and coordinated technicians in operational checks, inspections, hangar moves, and engine runs• Provided excellent customer service to maintain and build client network• Scheduled outside vendors to support aircraft during maintenance visits• Enabled G200 model aircraft to be added to repair station certificate based on my extensive experience and technical training from Gulfstream Aerospace• Created best practices for flow of maintenance during inspection packages

Train employees in repair station procedures and paperwork. Ensure the continuous flow of maintenance in the absence of the Mechanical Team Lead (i.e. writing/following turnovers and assigning work).
