Working with Finance Platform Labs, Business Design, and SMEs to analyse and manage Inbound demand into the Platform. I support the Team PO in building the portfolio view of Inbound Change, facilitating triage and impact assessment thereof and prioritisation via the appropriate Labs and feature teams for delivery. I gain a real insight into the broad spectrum of Change impacting Finance.Using my analysis skills to identify the business needs, analyse the requirements, and help craft the Finance response to Inbound Change initiatives with significant op model and design impacts. I assess Agile projects and programmes at various stages of the lifecycle to understand the impact of the change on the Finance organisation across multiple dimensions as well as considering how agreed solutions will be tested and implemented. I support the Team Product Owner to ensure Labs and Teams make the right choices in the changes they implement to ensure investment is made in the right business solutions with a focus on the items of highest value to the customer and the business. - Leading the assessment of Inbound projects, initiatives and business problems, critically evaluating proposals from a Finance colleague, customer and commercial perspective. - Continuous focus on process improvement within our team to optimise our working practices. - Facilitating management of the Inbound Change product backlog and the progression of assigned tickets. Work with the Product Owners, Business Design and the Delivery teams to ensure consistent understanding of requirements, timescales and prioritisation. - Engaging beyond the Platform with project delivery colleagues from the originating business areas, lead and facilitate the dialogue between the Business and Finance to successfully interlock each new initiative. - Negotiating the transfer of initiatives into the Labs for onward delivery.
