Supp. 3d 808 (E.D. Wis. 2015); 46 F. Supp. 3d 888 (E.D. Wis. 2014). Successful defense to takings, equal protection, substantive due process and state law challenges to public passenger vehicle, taxicab and ride share regulations. • Six Star Holdings LLC v. City of Milwaukee, 821 F.3d 795 (7th Cir. 2016); 932 F. Supp. 2d 941 (E.D.Wis. 2013). First Amendment challenge to city's regulation of adult entertainment clubs. • Sutterfield v. City of Milwaukee, 751 F. 3d 542 (7th Cir. 2014). Successful defense of police officers regarding seizure of plaintiff and firearms during a mental health emergency detention. • Questions Inc. v. City of Milwaukee, et. al., 2011 WI App 126. Successful appellate defense of tavern & nightclub licensing process.
