    Head of Marketing 2017-2019Director of Marketing 2015-2017Following a company wide restructure of roles in 20017 within the Royal College my job title was changed but my role stayed the same. Head of a marketing team which provided a wide range of services including:the production of Royal College’s publications and foot health literature to raise the profile of podiatry and foot health, management, and marketing of the Royal College of Podiatry Annual Conference, producing and maintaining the College’s online presence including the website and social media, recruitment, and retention of members through a multitude of channels, strategic plan setting and review, and budget setting. Achievements Increased the profile of the College and podiatry by producing foot health literature and online guidance that educated and engaged with the reader to provide foot health advice that was easy to understand, giving the reader the information to make an informed decision on treatment.Acted as project manager for marketing and running of the College’s annual clinical conference which was built up from less than 400 when I started to over 1,500 podiatrists making it the largest podiatry conference in Europe and turning it from a loss to a profit. Successfully worked on the recruitment and retention of members by targeting them through a variety of marketing channels including; direct marketing, conferences & events, speaking to students at colleges.Production of a yearly departmental strategic Marketing & Communications plan that linked directly to the annual marketing budget and was adhered to and revised, if necessary, throughout the year.Maximised the profitability of the organisation through the review and management of the marketing and communications team’s income generating schemes such as, leaflet sales, work wear sales, sponsorship, conference and course revenue, advertising, and endorsement scheme.
