In this role I have delivered a new Data Reporting Dashboard, leading and facilitating project initiatives to deliver digital enhancements, the establishment of a self-serve tool (Bot) to solve for simple tasks, establishing a new Onboarding program for new to role colleagues, the establishment of a new Continuing Education (CE/CPD) program and multiple data analysis tasks to look for ways to improve the business, the effectiveness of activities and growth of revenue.It is a complex role with many varied initiatives being worked on at the same time that includes multiple stakeholders, so clear leadership and planning / prioritisation is critical to ensure all the initiatives are delivered as planned to see the benefits realised.

Leading the Distribution Network Transformation Team to deliver a large investment program of refurbished and transformed branches to meet our new always of Working. To create and deliver a new process flow with standard processes, communication and delivery of a One Way Same Way approach for our consultants. Delivery of on time projects within budget and measuring key Performance Goals. Overall responsibility for 150 people including 21 direct reports and a business worth $4bn in lending and deposits.Role also encompasses the effective allocation of resources, recruitment & retention of key people, talent development, building capability and being a Community Leader. Succession planing for a large distribution business is also key to success to ensure business continuity. My passion is developing great leaders to help more customers and to build the capability in more people to be the best they can be.This role also forms part of the State Leadership team for Victoria & Tasmania.

I also spent some time in this role as a Bank Manager at Westpac Garden City as the first intake of Bank Managers under Westpac's new strategy at that time.My team achieved the #1 ranking in the country for associated personal protectional sales through BT Super and an uplift in sales outcomes during this time of over 10% year on year.
