My role at Yara was to manage, plan and execute all aspects of testing a new implementation of SAP Success Factors across the following modules - Employee CentralRecruitmentOnboarding Performance & GoalsSuccession & Development CompensationLearningWith a tight deadline for implementation I created a Test Strategy for the complete Test Life Cycle, aligning with the project milestones. I was also heavily involved in the configuration of the system prior and during the test phase. I created the Test Schedule, Test Scenarios and the Test Scripts which were used for the UAT Testers.I managed all defects and change requests making sure I was in constant contact with SAP and the Module Lead from the business. I managed and reviewed all the defects and change requests from open status to closure. During the Test Phases I ensured we were testing what was expected as well as keeping stakeholders informed of progress. Once the Test Phase was complete I also created an Exit Summary and Exit Reports detailing any conditions and outstanding items. I implemented a new JIRA Test Tool instance and created custom screens and fields to handle the data and issues we required for the project.

At CLS I was a Senior Associate working with various payment systems including the CLS FX system, SWIFT, SIC IFT and Payplus.
