I was responsible for over-seeing the management of Front Office and driving the team in the successful operation of the department with key focus on customer service, effective reporting, follow up, ledger administration, upselling & promotion and accurate reservation management.

I was responsible for over-seeing the shift operations of the Front Office and assisting in the management of other departments including functions, group organization, special events and V.I.P arrivals. Ensuring company policies and procedures were adhered to while maintaining high standards in customer services and efficient operations in the new business.

During my time with this company I have spent 32 months at sea in total, on 5 ships ranging from 1,900 passengers and 900 crew members to 3,200 passengers and 1,200 crew members. During this time I worked an arrange of duties within the Hotel Department including Front Office, Hotel Administration, Tour bookings & Tour dispatch, Staff Office, Night Manager
