Key Clients include London Health Sciences Centre, Schulich School of Medicine, University of Western Ontario, Columbia University and Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre - Molecular Medicine Research Centre: Developed a corporate business plan, financial pro formas, federal minister’s position paper, facilities plan and action plan for the creation of a landmark centre. Resulted in the investment of $100+ million in public sector capital funding and $18+ million from Philips Medical Systems.Biotron facility: Managed and coordinated a $27 million facility design and development proposal. Managed a multidisciplinary scientific team and provided facilities design, costing, regulatory validation and project implementation. Now a national icon facility for environmental research.Columbia University: Created a corporate turn-around for a $120 million medical science research and biotechnology facility. Turn-around plan included multiple function feasibility study, business plan, scoping of public sector and industrial applications. Regional Ambulatory Care Centre: Led and conducted a comprehensive feasibility study for London Health Sciences Centre, St. Joseph’s Health Care, Schulich School of Medicine and the University of Western Ontario. Completed review of existing and benchmark policies, corporate strategies, cross-functional capacity and multi-site clinical program shifts.
