This entails tasks and processes to develop and implement growth opportunities within the firm, such as contacting potential clients and developing relationships with current ones.Key achievements• Approaching company directors to suggest a business rebrand to encourage new customers and stay up to date with business trends. This was agreed, resulting in myself being tasked with the rebrand.• Rebrand of company included new logo/branding, website and social media presence. This was all undertaken by myself. This resulted in a 22% increase in new customers.• Overseeing the full production process in the studio. Resulting in more efficient output and reducing in house errors.• Taking the lead on a £30,000 investment in new company hardware and software for studio.• Liaising with publisher’s editorial departments to suggest changes in the different processes. Saving the customer time and cost.• Ongoing involvement in the production side as and when necessary - Page design, Illustrating, PDFx files etc.
