Adam is a hard worker and strives to learn and coach everyday. He brings a good attitude that inspires his team to reach their next level on the sales floor. After two years at Buckle working parttime and earning teammate of the season in 2022, Adam sought after a little more responsibility becoming a fulltime sales floor leader. This promotion accordingly upgraded his leadership skills requiring constant assessment of teammate strengths and weaknesses, then establishing a plan to enhance the team's success based off the assessment.He also interned at LexisNexis Risk Solutions in 2021 engaging in B2B sales for the first time. There was a learning curve for him in this new environment because a different approach is used than in retail. Overall, he improved drastically over the course of month on the phones and revived a couple dead accounts for the company. It was an excellent learning experience for him because he got to learn from a lot of very smart people in a field that is and will continue to be very important. This internship has sparked Adam's interest in internet security because LNRS utilizes big data that is extremely sensitive and must be protected to ensure people can trust their organization. Adam's past experiences and BA in business administration with a specialization in computer and information sciences seem like a perfect foundation to build a career in IT and cybersecurity.
