I have also created a relevant preventative maintenance procedure to keep the product functioning at its optimum performance. I project managed the introduction of the Bronkhorst mass flow calibration procedure into the Pall service department. I have created and generated a detailed training syllabus which I deliver to field service engineers. This content includes modules such as 4-20ma circuits, the difference between analogue and digital signals and profinet and profibus communication networks. I also teach the preventative maintenance and the most common repair tasks on the iCELLis500+. One of these tasks is the assignment of component names within the Siemens PLC with TIA software.
