A qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in quality assurance, process improvement and programme management, predominantly in integrated systems design, software development and infrastructure design and construction environments. Experience comes initially from the defence and aerospace sector but latterly from government funded programmes and the utilities (electricity) sector. Responsible and accountable for collaboration of multiple design disciplines and processes across a number of sites and daily liaison with senior customer representation on high level process harmonisation and change initiatives with the intent of reducing design costs whilst continuing to meet regulatory requirements.Main successes include harmonisation, implementation and rollout of tools and processes across a large design group made up of previously, individually privately owned, design businesses.
