I recruit for a wide range of positions within the following sectors: GP Practices, Opticians, Care Home, Domiciliary Care Providers and Pharmacies.My own background is working in care; I find that my experience and understanding of how care homes work, managing people within these environments and working within a multi-agency team with Pharmacists, Doctors, Optometrists and Care Home Managers in particular helps me to understand these sectors which in turn enables me to deliver excellent recruitment services.I started working in the recruitment sector because the work is challenging, exciting and fast-paced.
