My current role at P66 is that of a process technician, dealing with the day to day running of the delayed Coker area of the refinery. The refinery makes both regular petroleum coke used for smelting aluminium and premium coke used for the smelting of steal. The premium coke is now being used in batteries. I am also a field leader relief, this position requires me to be the leader of a ten man team. To teach and guide each individual to bring out the best in themselves but ultimately to be comfortable as working as part of a team. Continuation training and reviews are also part of this role.
