I'm a creative, solutions-oriented manufacturing manager with a broad and varied professional background that allows for outside the box thinking and problem-solving abilities. I believe that having a variety of professional experiences makes for a powerful ability to see what the majority of others cannot. This has allowed me to quickly move up into increasing roles of responsibility in the manufacturing world, such as successfully guiding a new manufacturing partnership in China. With my high degree of adaptability and proven ability to learn quickly, I thrive in chaotic, high paced environments. I'm dedicated and highly driven with a strong work ethic to deliver outstanding results. I have a high-level ability to prioritize opportunities and activate solutions in the short term for immediate impact, and this has resulted in being known as the "go-to" person.  I enjoy, and I'm highly adept at creative problem solving and innovative manufacturing practices. I believe in adopting best practices but always remain flexible to adapt to the needs at hand to achieve the ultimate objectives.
