As Artistic Director it is my responsibility to research new projects, plan an annual season and work with the Producer to pitch shows to venues, work through the contract process and guide the show to opening night. I personally direct all projects for the company, and take point in the acquisition of company members on a per-project basis. In my role at Dragonfly I create and manage the non-musical actor training program. I plan weekly curriculum for group classes in three ability levels, monthly “brush up” sessions with themed evenings designed as drop in classes to work on a specific skill, and I accept private students for one on one classes.

I create concept treatments for shows and pitch them to theatre companies as requested. "Best Halloween Event" 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2006 Golden Ticket Award I joined the Entertainment Art & Design team for three Halloween Horror Nights seasons. The key responsibility was to maintain the creative intent of the entire marquee event. It was my job to devise practical rehearsal techniques and implement them to a cast of eight hundred. Day to day responsibilities included daily casting, performance coaching, show observation and note giving, and adapting to the learning needs of each individual performer.
