As “one-deal-per-day” website, catchoftheday.com.au, was really starting to develop into a seriously large business, I saw an opportunity in the online retail shopping market for a competitive website that differentiated itself by offering a wide variety of different products, at discounted prices.Starting literally from scratch, (with zero customers) we grew eSOLD.com.au to a significant business, with over 100,000 customers, and attracted a Million Dollar Plus investment. At its peak, eSOLD had more than 800 different products on the site, and presented new products to its customer base, via email, every day. In 2012 eSOLD was one of the Top 4 fastest growing companies as recognised and awarded by smartcompany.
