I have worked with several national organizations supporting 350+ employees in multiple sites across North America for various Windows and Mac technical issues, VPN and network connectivity, Azure\on-prem file share access, and end user support for cloud collaboration apps such as Slack, Zoom, InContact, O365 and Google apps. I developed and documented the IT section of employee on- and off-boarding for three of these companies. Working with business stakeholders, I provide incident triage, support, feedback, improvement requests, and resolve technical issues within a single ticket platform. All types of SW and HW have been installed, configured and supported under my purview, such as MS Dynamics, MS Office, SAP, Confluence, Okta, Printers, RAM, NICs, mobiles devices, desk phones, rack and cabling, servers and network appliances.
