In this position I speak with patients about the current genetic research being done throughout Geisinger, explain the requirements for participation, how this research may impact them, answer any questions they may have about the research, and provide information on this study in order to allow the patients to make an informed decision. If a patient chooses to participate, I then provide the necessary paperwork for them to enroll, as well as enter the necessary order(s) into their electronic medical chart. My professionalism, in combination with my work ethic, and ability to work across several departments has allowed me to enroll over 3,000 patients into this research program. I do this while adhearing to strict protocols and guildines set forth by the Institutional Review Board (IRB).

In this position, I provided catering services medical centers, as well as private functions, throughout Pennsylvania. I developed professional relationships with hospital staff and drug representatives, which has led to an increase in both return customers and overall sales. - This position has allowed me to evolve my communication skills and the ability to create unique solutions and ideas in fast-paced environments.

In this position, I ran day to day operations within the kitchen. - I created and served unique food specials.- Maintained a high level of sanitation.- Trained new workers and interacted with customers and fellow staff in a friendly and professional manner.
