Assisting Project Manager with administrative duties and liaising with customer facing teams in order to in order to aid communication and the gathering of requirements.Projects worked on include:The managing and documenting of the new ATED payment needed from all property owning clients. This included large amounts of face to face communication with the client teams in order to arrange these large payments. Duties also included maintaining of the Master Spreadsheet and Project Plan.The gathering of communication requirements to allow the company to send out sensitive Smoke and Carbon Monoxide legislation to all property owners under Zedra's management. Included meeting with teams to find out what was needed from this batch of communication, as well as carrying out analysis on my findings in order to provide the Project Manager with an affective plan of action.

Shadowing and assisting Project Managers and Business Analysts throughout all phases of a project cycle from requirement gathering through development, Testing and UAT, to the handing over of a project. Also gained experience in the testing environment working closely alongside system and test analysts through multiple phases of system testing.Projects worked on include:The upgrading and implementation of the business process management system AWD10 into RL360’s Customer Services department. The introduction of this system aimed to allow for the business area to work with increased efficiency and automation as well as allowing for the cutting of costs to the business for processing.The enhancement of RL360’s online services through the implementation of online applications processing for the company’s Quantum product. This includes the development of an Online App, providing customers with the ability to carry out applications online using a tablet device. The expansion of RL360’s payment system in the Far East to include International Direct Debit, allowing for a cheaper and more reliant alternative for the business to make premium collections, as well as allowing for collections in multiple currencies.
