TEACHING: Teach and create study plans for 120 students in World Geography, World Civilizations and Sociology, fostering a classroom environment conducive to learning and student/teacher interaction. Utilize latest technology, incorporating a Smartboard, recording daily instruction through Smartnotebook software, making it available online for student access on youtube.LEADERSHIP: Enjoy bonding with students outside the classroom, including serving as archery coach for 24 students, attending on average nine tournaments a year. Served as Y- Club Moderator; this KYA-KUNA program provided 24 students the opportunity to present and debate bills in the state Capitol of Frankfort. Acted as Podcast Club Moderator, giving as many as 12 students the opportunity to write, act and be creative while studying educational topics through this important communications tool. Pursued my own professional development, especially in podcasting and differentiated instruction, and then conduct professional development instruction in these important areas for fellow faculty. Acted as iPad Bank Coordinator, installing apps and coordinating use of 25 iPads by students and staff.  Serve as technology resource for the Social Studies and Theology Departments
