♣ Promoted to Senior Account Manager in recognition of my effectiveness and contribution to the business having been originally employed as Account Manager.

♣ My main responsibility was to deliver a calendar of marketing and promotional activity across several channels including print, instore, online and social networks. ♣ I was responsible for the management and the delivery of all aspects of the company’s above the line communications. Working closely with other members of the marketing, buying and operations teams, along with external stake holders. I ensure that multiple projects are delivered on time and within budget whilst ensuring that they are creatively and effectively communicating the products and brand. ♣ I set-up and implemented a structured analysis of communications which allowed me to judge the particular impact of each asset. These insights fed into marketing brand strategy - recognising new opportunities and creating cost efficiencies. ♣ I have also developed strategies for traditional media, developing a print ad campaign and developing a strategic summer magazine. I developed the idea to move the brand away from its traditional promotional/value messaging and into a more relaxed engaging format with the customer at its heart. I was responsible for its execution from creative development, print buying, acquiring & developing content to managing the final execution and roll out.

My main responsibility is to manage campaigns through the creative process from the planning and designing of a campaign through to its production and implementation. This includes producing the print executions for each specific campaign from organizing the shoot to preparing the completed advert for reproduction.During this process I am responsible for preparing all pre-production documentation, including timing plans, estimating costs for the job and liaising externally with production & post-production suppliers for creation, final editing and assembly. As Assistant Project Manager I liaise across account management, creative teams and TV Production to ensure clients briefs are met efficiently and effectively. This includes ensuring deadlines laid out in the timing plan are achieved and that all necessary approvals, internal and external, are completed prior to moving onto the next stage of development. I am responsible for ensuring that all productions fit tightly in-line with the brand guidelines. Ensuring that ad's remains visually on brand whilst managing any challenges that may need to be resolved. I am also required to manage the global supply of master materials liaising and cooperating with 140 offices across 76 countries and numerous nationalities.I am responsible for the copyright of talent usage throughout Western Europe and negotiate talent buyouts for the wider EMEA region. I provide regular updates to clients and colleagues with a quarterly competitive report; analyzing competitive creative work and any new product launches across Western Europe. I have been pro-actively seeking further education on digital communications having recently undertaken several training courses, including Digital Project Management and Digital Social Media Optimization. Other duties include; liaising with suppliers, creating purchase orders and reconciling jobs with invoices.
