- Manage the collection and execution of all sponsor artwork and copy for signs, scoreboard and publications.- Manage the collection and execution of all sponsor advertising information, (such as drop-ins, in-park media, Dan Ryan Marquee Messages, White Sox Weekly)- Manage and execute sponsor merchandising and hospitality requests- In conjunction with Game and Scoreboard Operations Departments, implement Videoboard and LED messaging as well as coordinate on-field pre-game ceremonies/events- Maintain and understand all sponsor logos and graphic standards- Maintain close relationship with Directors and Sales Staff on the execution of sponsorship agreements-Assist the Activation Administrator in the planning and execution of various in-park game day and non-game day corporate partner functions and events (i.e. on-field clinics) and assist in the execution of various corporate partnership functions and events, such as Sponsor Spring Training trip, as necessary- Enter data and maintain all sponsor contract inventory through CRM.- Prepare, compile and assemble client recaps and attend end of season recap/renewal client meetings- Perform the daily account service of corporate partners- Maintain and build client relationships
