- Demonstration of Film equipment such as cameras, lighting and audio recorders in group sessions as well as one on one demonstrations- Liaising with industry leading equipment suppliers and manufacturers to ensure up to date equipment standards are met

• Operating and supporting AV and IP systems for events in 'the egg' theatre space and Digital Performance Lab – routing live feeds to video wall• Supplying, maintaining and demonstrating portable PSC video and audio equipment – cameras, mics, lighting• Technical support and operation in studio/gallery for Quays News studios, and television/radio studios for general broadcasts and recording of live bands (Quays Sessions). Sound operation (SSL desk).• Ensuring the delivery of excellent, appropriate and timely customer service both in person and externally through emails and phone calls• Undertaking various training sessions in areas such as ProTools, Studer Vista desks and green screen

• Scouting for musical talent using websites such as Soundcloud, Bandcamp and Noisetrade• Reviewing song applications to see if they were of high enough quality to be sold by the company• Designing playlists to make our content more easily accessible for their target audiences • Organising Social Media content and marketing strategies• Collating a database of potential customers to target with email marketing campaigns• Dealing with customer requests and providing relevant songs for their film and video projects• Creative copywriting for artist biography’s, making it easier for customers to find the right artist for them• Writing proposals

• General admin roles such as data entry• Packaging and transporting sensitive information whilst complying to strict Data Protection laws.• Working in a strict Financial Conduct Authority environment

• Creating and testing briefs for clients in the sampling kitchen. Ensuring the step by step instructions are clear, concise and fulfil the clients’ requirements• Undertaking various administrative roles such as data entry, dealing with email and phone enquiries and booking flights, hotels and hire cars for the field management team• Processing new starters, leavers and transfers throughout the company
