I'm co-head of the Irish Funds and Investment Management group, currently based in Maples' London office. Maples is a leading international law firm, with particular expertise in asset management.I primarily advise on the structuring, establishment/ authorisation, operation and termination of the full range of Irish regulated funds (UCITS, RIAIFs and QIAIFs). My practice has particular focus on hedge fund, private equity, private credit and other types of alternative funds; managed account platforms; AIFMD-driven structuring and marketing solutions; and ESG projects related to SFDR and the Taxonomy Regulation. I advise a wide range of domestic and international fund managers, investment banks and service providers (managers, depositaries, administrators, prime brokers and other counterparties) to such funds.
