Worked within a team to support all network infrastructure achieving over ninety percent virtualization for a law firm of over 325 attorneys across 12 national offices. Provided Disaster Recovery solutions for business infrastructure and data requirements. -Design, deploy and manage all infrastructure business continuity planning using a tiered approach of Double Take host based replication, Microsoft DFS, Veeam replicas and CommVault Continuous Data Replication.-Implemented a data retention policy and the backup architecture to support it using CommVault for central data center disk to disk backups, and multiple Symantec Backup Exec installations to tape in remote offices for an off-site rotation.-Implemented and managed many levels of server and infrastructure monitoring including System Center Operations Manager, Orion, Ops Manager, HP Insight Manager and Dell Open Manage.

Directly responsible for the entire operations of a Windows based hosting and collocation infrastructure consisting of over 250 websites across 50 dedicated and shared servers and a hosted e-mail environment. Directly managed System Administrators and contractors tasked with the responsibility of a three tiered development environment and internal employee support. Provide direct client and vendor support for site deployment, maintenance and support issues. Responsible for all hosted contracts and billing to over 200 clients on a monthly basis.
