Responsible for optimizing and generating traffic to all Eniro's internet and mobile services in the Polish market, which is a major business driver. This is executed in close cooperation with the Traffic Development Manager, Local Product Managers and Product Development team.Activity areas:• Analyze and optimize all Eniro products and services in SEM (especially SEO) perspective • Monitor and analyze websites performance (feature usage, web site conversions etc.) • Develop analytical tools and support technical implementation• Drive and develop relevant SEO initiatives, coordinate implementation and follow up on effects, adjust if necessary• Cooperation with external partners (i.e. Google) and experts• Coordinate PPC campaigns and follow up on it's effectiveness and cost efficiency• Cost control over all spending related to SEM (PPC, SEO, partnerships)• Report the SEM initiatives and it's effects• Cooperate and support with other functions in Product development team (i.e. usability, partnerships)• Provide support to Product Managers, Sales and Training in SEM area
