I started at Comet within sales and gradually moved up to a Sales Supervisor role and then a Sales Manager role.Within my first year, as a sales exec. i turned over £1,000,000 worth of goods & services and continued this into year 2 and 3. I was working within a small store and was the only person to accomplish this within the store. In this role i had to run the business daily, making sure all margins were hit, dealing with the P & L account, training schedule, making sure targets were hit daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. I would help my team to sell, and improve on their skills by teaching and training them 1 on 1.This developed me as an individual to have much better people management skills and it enthused me by other people's success.
