I myself have hit 3 of my 4 quarter targets meaning I have been able to enjoy the benefits associated with that.During that time I have been promoted twice and have also worked several different sectors/ markets, including Main Construction and Consultancy, on both a Freelance/ Contract and a Permanent basis, showing adaptability and flexibility. I have experience of the full recruitment process, managing both clients and candidates from start to finish. I believe I was offered these increased hours because of my overall work ethic and performance, and it has shown my willingness to support my employer.
